    Is the seat on my own LinkedIn account?

    Yes. Sales Navigator is activated on your own LinkedIn profile, so your connections, history and login stay yours. We never ask for your password, and nobody else uses your seat.

    How does activation work?

    After you request activation, we confirm your order with you on WhatsApp or email. Then we send a Sales Navigator invitation to your LinkedIn account email. You accept it while signed in to your own LinkedIn account, and the seat goes live. We'll confirm with you once it's working.

    How and when do I pay?

    You pay only after your seat is live. We send an invoice in CAD with a secure payment link, and you have 72 hours to pay it.

    What if my seat can't be activated?

    Then you pay nothing. We cancel the order, and since nothing was charged, there's nothing to refund.

    What if my access stops during the month?

    You're covered. If your Sales Navigator access stops for any reason during a paid month, send your contact a screenshot of your account showing it. Once we've confirmed the seat has stopped, we restore it on the same LinkedIn account and give you a whole month free for that seat.

    Can I get seats for my whole team?

    Yes. Each extra seat costs less than the one before: your first seat is 50% off, seats 2–4 are 60% off, seats 5–9 are 70% off, and every seat from the 10th is 80% off. The form shows your total and average price per seat. All seats go on one CAD invoice. Each person gets the seat on their own LinkedIn account.

    Is the invoice in CAD? What about taxes?

    Yes, every price and invoice is in Canadian dollars. Prices on the page exclude tax. Any applicable taxes are shown on your order confirmation, so you see the full amount before your seat goes live.

    Who are you?

    Tasheer is an independent reseller of Sales Navigator subscriptions for buyers in Canada. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. You deal with a named contact by email or WhatsApp during Eastern Time business hours.

    How do cancelling and renewing work?

    It's a monthly subscription that renews each month until you cancel. Tell us at least [notice period] before your next billing date.

    What happens to my data?

    We use your details only to process your order and manage your subscription, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We never ask for your LinkedIn password and can't sign in to your account. As with any company-managed Sales Navigator licence, the licence administrator can see seat-level usage reports.
